Roksea is a restaurant in the Fort Knox complex, Sveti Vlas (Nesebar municipality, Bulgaria), about 50 metres from the beach — a terrace under string lights and an indoor hall with an octopus mural.

Seafood and the catch of the day, sushi and rolls (classic, signature, rice-free, hot rolls and maki) and Mediterranean cooking — starters, salads, soups, pasta, fish, meat and desserts, plus a bar with coffee, wine, cocktails and spirits.
