House rules

Roksea Family Day (every Saturday) and Roksea Today (the daily flash offer) follow the same rules as a regular table reservation: online bookings are accepted until 19:00, at least 1 hour ahead. After 19:00, or without a booking, seating is first-come, first-served.

If you're more than 15 minutes late without notice, the table may be released.

Roksea provides the venue/zone for a fixed off-peak slot and basic setup; the host brings their own audience and content — you run your own format (board games, a club, a talk) and announce it to your own audience.

We select hosts whose theme and audience fit the venue's spirit — informal and welcoming, no sharp political or religious topics. Terms (rent/minimum spend per guest) are worked out individually per application.

Send a request via the “Become a host” button on the Roksea Friends page — we'll get in touch to work out the slot and terms.

We accept requests for banquets, birthdays, anniversaries and corporate events — in the hall or on the terrace.

Scheduled rituals (Family Day, confirmed Friends slots, an active Today) and regular table bookings take priority — a private event is fit in around them, not over them.

The terrace is weather-dependent — if the forecast is poor, we'll offer moving indoors or another date.

Guest count, deposit, and the evening program are worked out individually per request, before the date is confirmed.

For Friends/Moments requests — let us know as early as possible if your plans change, so we can free the slot for another guest or host.
