Scope
These terms apply to every visitor of roksea.com and to anyone who makes a reservation — via the website, our Telegram chat assistant, or by phone.
Reservations
A reservation is treated as a request — we confirm it via the chat assistant or by phone. We hold your table for a reasonable time after the booked time; if you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the table may be released.
Data you provide when booking (name, contact, party size, notes) is processed per our Privacy Policy.
Website content
The text, photos, and design of this website are owned by Roksea or used under license. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written consent.
Third-party links and embeds
This site embeds content from Google Maps (location) and Instagram (photo feed). These services have their own terms and policies, which we do not control.
Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site's information (menu, prices, hours) up to date, but we do not guarantee it is free of technical errors. Where information conflicts, what is confirmed in person or by phone takes precedence.
Governing law
